Now that the holidays are over we’d like to begin hearing your comments on books you’ve liked or didn’t like, and sharing our discussion questions from the book clubs that meet at the library.  The Afternoon Book Club is reading and discussing Beartown by Fredrik Backman, a hot Scandinavian author.  It’s about a small town that is having a hard time and hopes winning a hockey championship will save it.  But then one of the star players gets in trouble and the town is divided.  If you can join us on Jan. 28th at 1:00 at the library, great!   If you’d rather sit home in your ‘jamas at 10 pm and type your comments in here, please do!

Have you read it?   What do you think?    Can you relate to it, living in a small town?
