DEA Agent will share stories from drug war at Baldwin Library on Saturday

A former Marine and decorated Special Agent for the Drug Enforcement Agency, Don Nelson, will give a talk at the Baldwin Library this Saturday, Jan. 25th, at 11:00 am.   Come here first-hand the realities of law enforcement investigations involving various illegal drugs around the Midwest.  Nelson, who once received threats against his life, gives rare insight into the heroin epidemic, talks about his experiences in this dangerous occupation, and shows the complex aspects of this drug crisis.  He will also have copies of his spellbinding and highly entertaining novel for signing.  Called  Epidemic of Choice:  A DEA Story, readers have said it should be a movie and compared it to the show Criminal Minds.  The Baldwin Library at 400 Cedar St. is an accessible space.   Call for info at 684-3813.
